Questions agents ask
Are the photos labeled for the MLS?
Yes. Every staged photo has a Virtually Staged label. You’re responsible for your own MLS rules. We recommend also keeping the original empty photo in the listing, which many MLSs expect.
Will you change the walls, floors, or windows?
No. That’s the whole point. We add furniture and decor only. Paint, flooring, trim, light fixtures, windows, and the view stay as photographed, including on touch-ups.
How fast is delivery?
Within 24 hours after the Venmo payment arrives, 7 days a week. The order form takes up to 20 photos at a time. For a larger set, email us and we’ll confirm timing and send one Venmo request before you pay.
How do I pay?
On Venmo, before we start. Staging begins once the payment is received. Put the listing address in the Venmo note so we can match it to the order.
How much does it cost?
$4 a photo with a $20 minimum (5 photos), capped at $50 for up to 20 photos. Over 20 photos, it’s $50 plus $4 for each additional photo. For example: 3 photos is $20, 8 is $32, 12 is $48, 15 or 20 is $50, and 25 is $70. The price is the same for everyone, every order.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. The minimum order is $20, which covers up to 5 photos. After that it’s $4 a photo until the $50 cap.
What if I don’t like something?
Reply to the delivery email. A different rug, a desk instead of a bed, another of our styles — touch-ups are free. We still won’t change walls, windows, or fixtures. The refund policy covers a photo we can’t put right.
Which rooms can you stage?
Living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, offices, bonus rooms, basements, and open-concept spaces. Kitchens and bathrooms get light decor. Rooms should be empty or nearly empty.
What photos work best?
Bright, level, wide shots of empty rooms. Professional listing photos are ideal. Clear phone photos work too. JPG or PNG, up to 20 photos in one order.
